How to print logo on clear TPU elastic tape?

Usually we see some clear TPU tape with printed logo on it. Generally, this kind of TPU tape with logo is used for hanger loop of clothes. But how to print logo on clear TPU tape?

Firstly, we need you to provide your logo PDF files. The normal JPG or PNG files is not big enough for printing, so that it will result in a blurry end product.

Secondly, we import your logo file and tpu tape in silkscreen machine and setup data. With the development of technology, we now have a long production line for silkscreen. Silkscreen is a kind of common printing technology. It has four parts: rim, screen with hollow-out pattern, brush and pigments.

Previously, silkscreen needs lots of workers. Just as the picture shows below, to print the pattern on an object, a worker need to have a brush to paint pigment on silkscreen. It takes really a long time. Now, for large quantity substrates, we use automated production lines.

After printing and drying, product quality inspection is necessary.
